Pay attention to your claim in a lawsuit against the Public Treasury, especially if the amount has already been deposited in a bank account and not withdrawn within 2 years, as this may cause the cancellation of your writ of payment, or RPV (requisition of small value).
Recently, the Superior Court of Justice, when ruling on REsp 1.961.642-CE, REsp 1.944.707-PE and REsp 1.944.899-PE, decided that "the claim for the issuance of a new writ of payment or small value requisition, based on arts. 2 and 3 of Law n. 13.463/2017, is subject to the five-year statute of limitations provided for in art. 1 of Decree n. 20.910/1932 and has, as its initial term, the notification of the creditor, in the form of § 4 of art. 2 of Law n. 13.463/2017".
