INSS beneficiaries who receive a disability benefit granted by a preliminary injunction do not lose their insured status, even when the decision granting the benefit is revoked, since article 15, I, of Law 8.213/1991 includes benefits granted by a provisional decision, even if that decision is revoked in the future.
