Cooperating doctors can be expelled for unfair competition.

If the cooperative doctor decides to found a new cooperative to work in the same field as the cooperative in which he was already working, this constitutes a conflict of interest, and thus constitutes the requirements for his disconnection.



The Superior Court of Justice has ruled that, even if there is no exclusivity clause (uni militancy) or restriction on professional activity, a breach of the cooperative pact is characterized and the doctor's exclusion is a legitimate measure.
